Your Terms Of Service & Law Are Irrelevant To Us :
    We are not your customer, or likely in your legal jurisdiction.  Many
    providers attempt to hide behind their TOS, or local law to
    conceal attacker's identity:  Servicing & hiding criminals,
    makes one an accomplice to crime.
ISP Irresponsibility is No Longer So Cost Effective:
    Hosters used to save staff costs by ignoring & not replying
    to polite complaint.  Automated counter attack deterrence 
    raises the incentive to deal with abusers.
